This is my first time!

This is my first adventure into the unusual world of blogging. I hope that it will be a wonderful adventure full of new people, beautiful ideas, and another world of wonder. A little about me. I am a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. I love to laugh, fish, and have fun. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I don't know what to expect from this, as my younger sister introduced me to this world. She tells me that this is a world of addiction. I guess time will tell for me.

Hi Carol,
Welcome to this wonderful world of blogging!! I just stopped to check in at Cece's and here I am. I am from Michigan, I understand that you used to live in Traverse City. Then you must know where Grayling is...that is where I live. I love to post pics of Michigan for Cecile, so maybe she will bring the boys and hubby to visit someday!!

I love the water, so I really love your pics!!

I am also a Grandma of many,(14), that keep us very busy.

Feel free to stop by and say hi.

Oh, and this blogging thing can become addicting...I have met many wonderful, interesting and fun people here in blogland!!

Welcome aboard!!
Gig

Hi there Carol,

Nice to meet you! We do have a great time out here in the world inside our computers (funny paradox)...and yes, it really is addictive! It's so much fun to walk around our little Blogger Town and stop in at the neighbors. And if we feel adventurous, we can go anywhere else we want! The circle of blogging friends just grows exponentially.

Come visit over at my blog anytime!

Talk to you soon,

Leah

Dear Yo Yo,

Apparently it's not your "first time" because you're a mother. Now that that's out of the way, let's begin with issue number two. On Cece's blog she indicated Gig and Shara would be perfect for you. I know why I might not:
1. I've never lived in Michigan.
2. I've never lived in Arkansas.
3. Hell, I've never even lived in the Mid-West.
4. I'm not a mother.
5. I'm obviously not a grandmother.
6. I'm a vegetarin.
7. When Cece fishes I instruct the fish to "run for the hill." When you fish, I will do the same.

Okay, now that that's out of the way. Here are the reasons you should pick me too.

1. I think Michigan is beautiful. Well some parts.
2. I think Arkansas has a lot of potential.
3. I love the ocean and have lived on or near it all my life, so LOVE the photo.
4. I love kids.
5. I love grandmothers.
6. I have a good sense of humor.
7. I'm loyal.
8. Oh, GOOD LORD, almost forgot, I've flown over the Mid-West many times, so think that should count.

Do I stand a chance?

WELCOME TO BLOGGING! YOU'LL NEVER REGRET IT!!! Well, once in a while you'll meet an idiot, but you delete and keep movin' baby! (Right Cecile?!)

Talk to you soon,
XO Suzanne (Suz, or Suze, of Suzy or Suzy...)

That should be "Run for the hills." We make boo-boos a lot here. Egnore um.

Now I have to visit Ceceli's place and brag that I think I'm officially #4!

Yo Yo,
We do love Suze, she keeps us all in line,(at least we let her think so). Now I must find what parts of Michigan she thinks are not beautiful. Of course I think it is all Beautiful!!

Have a great week!!

Excuse me Yo Yo, but I have to talk to Gig.

Gig, don't make me come to Michigan because I'm wearing shorts and a tee-shirt and I'll freeze my you know what off. What do you mean "at least we let her think so?" Are you all yankin' my chain? Okay, I'm steppin' down. Okay, changed my mind. I like it just where I am even if I do have a false sense of security.

About parts of Michigan that worry me...hummmmmmmmm. How about areas of Detroit. Why? Because I worry about blight and all the animals and families who have to navigate it. That good enough?! Trust me, no state is perfect.

Yo Yo, you will learn that there will be times when friends think your blog is theirs. Don't worry. It's a brief set-back. It's still yours.

And honey, you're stuck on 11 or 12. Make a move. This isn't chess baby! Either click on your comments and respond to them by simply typing in the little box I'm currently typing in, then hit "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT," and stand back (what you see is what you get). Do it again and again because you have a lot of responding to do!!! OR, egnore us and simply write a new post. For that, you go back to your "DASH BOARD" hit "NEW POST" and you're on your way (remember to hit SAVE as you go along ~ trust me!).

Cece, did you give Yo Yo instructions? Good Lord. Don't make me come to Arkansas.

XO

P.S. Yo Yo, I learned the meaning of your name and think it's absolutely precious. I come from a big family too and I know how important the security of sisters and brothers are. I will always call you Yo Yo because you were Cece's security blankie. That makes you a very, very special lady.
